Normal Activation Behavior
A clear, responsive light change when the crown is touched indicates the control system is working normally — sluggish or inconsistent response is worth noting even if cooling still seems fine.
Boost Mode Indication (Plus Models)
U-Chill Plus units visually indicate when boost mode or red wine mode is active — if a mode seems stuck on or won’t toggle off, that’s a control issue separate from the cooling mechanism itself.
