U-Line refrigerators & freezers repair

The 1224FZRSOD was U-Line’s 24″ outdoor convertible freezer, and units built in 2017 and 2018 are covered by a voluntary safety recall that U-Line announced with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on 13 October 2022. If your serial number falls inside the recalled range, the correct step is not a repair: U-Line asks owners to turn the unit off and unplug it, and arranges free pickup and replacement directly. Check your serial against U-Line’s published list before booking any service.
